Located in Vaughan, Ontario, with easy access to transit, SRN Architects Inc., is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER with experience in STACKED TOWNHOMES WOOD FRAME CONSTRUCTION to join our dynamic and expanding team!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Project Manager with specific experience in Wood Frame construction with 10+ years of Canadian Architectural Design and relevant experience with the following skills:

  • Experienced with Stacked Townhomes is a necessity for this position
  • Excellent technical skills in AutoCAD with a completed 3 year diploma in Architectural Technology for accredited school
  • Strong skills in managing multiple projects and experience in all phases of project delivery with strong time management and communication skills in addition to having the ability to prioritize
  • Strong leadership skills in directing staff in project requirements
  • Strong client management skills to ensure meetings are held with clients and communication is clear, professional, concise and timely.
  • Strong Building envelope science and Architectural Technology background with strong experience in AutoCAD and with hands-on technical knowledge of wood frame construction and stacked town house construction
  • A thorough knowledge of the OBC and building systems including detailing
  • A strong ability to work independently or in a team environment and seeking a challenging role in a rapidly growing environment
  • Concrete experience is an asset
